I’ve seen entire production lines shut down due to sudden cracks in kiln furniture, and witnessed costly molten metals discarded because of crucible corrosion. Engineers continuously search for materials that offer superior temperature tolerance, wear resistance, and long-lasting performance, yet the market often delivers subpar solutions.
These challenges inspired the creation of OZBO. Rather than following conventional market offerings, we approached industrial ceramics from the ground up, rethinking what it truly means for a material to be “Ceramic Crucible.”

By refining material purity and microstructure, OZBO developed recrystallized silicon carbide rollers with 40% better creep resistance, enabling stable and uninterrupted production.
